Membership

Membership to the club is decided annually at the AGM. The current membership is £23.00 per year.

A main advantage of membership to the club is that it gives you affiliated membership to Mountaineering Scotland which will provide you with many benefits like complimentary public liability insurance, complimentary copies of the excellent ' Scottish Mountaineer' magazine and access to huts.

The affiliated membership also gives you benefits available to British Mountaineering Council (BMC) memberships like access to specialist insurance cover for world wide trips.

Discounts in some climbing stores are also available like Cotswold Outdoor give our members a 15% discount on their purchases. You also get discounts on Cicerone guide books.
